The IRS has filed liens for unpaid taxes dated back to 2005 against Reality Star and Rapper Flavor Flav. The IRS claims he owes unpaid taxes of over $52,000 for 2004, and over $300,000 for 2005 and over a half of million dollars for 2006.

The Rapper is 53 years old (who would have thought it?). His real name is William Jonathan Drayton Jr. Apparently he has been in many Reality TV Shows, which is probably why I do not know who he is.
